Project and Business Management for Small Businesses
You started the business because you're good at the thing. Now the things around the thing eat most of your week: the invoices, the half-built website, the launch that's been "almost ready" since spring, the process that lives in your head. None of it is hard. You have nobody else to do it, and it's crowding out the work you care about.

I spent fourteen years running projects, often in leadership roles, for companies like Cisco, Wells Fargo, and Duke Energy. Now I run them for small businesses.
What I do
• I take a stuck launch, move, or build and run it to done, with a plan you can see.
• I get the knowledge in your head written down as systems someone else can run.
• I help with positioning, content plans, and the copy that goes with them.
• I build websites that say what you do and move people to the next step.
• I handle the recurring tasks that keep slipping, as ongoing virtual assistant support.

Who this is for
• Solo owners and small teams who have become the bottleneck in their own business
• ADHD, Autistic, and AuDHD founders with more ideas than infrastructure. I know that pattern from the inside, and I treat it as a systems problem.
• Nonprofits and small organizations without an operations person

How it works
We start with a free 30-minute planning call where you tell me what's stuck.

After the call, I send a short written scope covering what I'll do, what I won't, the timeline, and the cost. The work starts once you agree to it.

While we work, you get regular check-ins and progress you can see, and at the end you get handoff documentation so the system keeps running after I leave.

Don't wait, let's talk today and find out how I can help you.

The goal is not perfection; the goal is persistence.
Moving forward, upward, outward.
Constantly working to make incremental change
that is sustainable and long-lasting.

We must work to understand that we are unique.
Part of our healing process must include
learning to accept us for who we are.
Not striving for a non-existent ideal of "normal."
