A lot of what people with ADHD and Autism know about their own brains, they taught themselves, and so did I. That still counts for a lot. But if you're deciding whether to trust me with your life, your relationship, or your kid, you should be able to see the formal training behind the lived experience, and this page is where it lives.

Before coaching
Before I coached anyone, I spent fourteen years running projects, often in leadership roles, for companies like Cisco, Wells Fargo, and Duke Energy, and I have a bachelor's degree in business management.
